This privacy policy applies to the ClickChat app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by ClickChat (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Crash logs and diagnostic information

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• Email address — for account creation and authentication
• Phone number — for account creation and authentication (if used)
• Profile photos — uploaded by you to your profile
• Voice recordings (audio) — recorded only when you tap the record button to send a voice message
• User identifier (UID) — a unique account ID assigned by Firebase Authentication
• User-generated content — chat messages, photos, and voice recordings you send to other users
• Push notification token — provided by Firebase Cloud Messaging so the Application can deliver notifications
• Subscription and purchase status — managed via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing

The information that the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

ClickChat is a chat application. Messages, photos, and voice recordings you send during chats are visible to your chat partner(s). Your display name and profile photo are visible to other users you interact with. Do not share information you would not want another user to see.

The Application transmits user-provided data to third-party services for the purposes of authentication, real-time messaging, crash reporting, push notifications, subscription management, and data storage. Specifically:

• Account credentials and identifiers are managed by Firebase Authentication (Google).
• Chat messages, friend lists, and user profile data are stored in Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB.
• Profile photos and chat media (including voice recordings) are stored in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
• Crash and diagnostic data is sent to Firebase Crashlytics.
• Push notification tokens are processed via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding the handling of data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics)
• Firebase Crashlytics
• RevenueCat
• Microsoft Azure

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

You can delete your account and associated data directly within the Application:

1. Open the ClickChat app
2. Go to Settings
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion

When you delete your account, the Service Provider will remove your profile information, messages, photos, voice recordings, and other associated data from their servers within a reasonable timeframe. Some information may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

If you are unable to delete your account through the Application, you may also request deletion by emailing the Service Provider at appclickchat@gmail.com.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. Note that uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete your account data from the Service Provider's servers — please use the in-app account deletion option described above to remove your data.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you delete your account, your data will be removed as described in the Account Deletion section. If you would like the Service Provider to delete data outside of the in-app deletion flow, please contact them at appclickchat@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at appclickchat@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information they process and maintain. Data transmitted between the Application and the Service Provider's servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-04-22.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended in the future.
